How Do I Know That Ordering Online is Secure?

We do not store credit card numbers and we use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your information.
How Do I Place an Order?
To place an order simply select the item you would like to purchase. The quantity shown next to the "Add to Cart" button displays the minimum quantity for that product. If you would like to change that quantity it must be equal to or greater than the minimum ordering requirements for that item. Some items contain options for color or personalization, please enter the information and then click on the "Add to Cart" button. At this time you may continue shopping or checkout using the buttons found on your shopping cart page. You can also add a coupon code if your subtotal is equal to or greater than $99.00.
Can I Place My Order Over the Phone?
Yes, you can place your order over the phone. Feel free to call us during normal business hours Monday-Friday 9 AM to 4 PM and one of our customer service representatives would be more than happy to assist you! How Can I Pay for My Order?
For your convenience we offer many payment options. We accept PayPal and most major credit cards such as AMEX, Master Card, Visa and Discover. We also accept money orders and cashier checks.
Is There a Minimum Quantity For Each Item?
Yes, My Italian Wedding Favors has a minimum quantity for all of our products. If you would like to change that quantity it must be equal to or greater than the minimum ordering requirements for that item. If you would like to purchase less that the minimum quantity, the price per item would be higher.
Do you Offer Volume Discounts For Large Orders?

Do You Offer Favor Gift Wrapping Service?

Do your Favors Come Boxed?
The majority of our favors do come individually boxed with the exception of confetti flowers and almond clusters. Please call 1-845-981-7330 to verify packaging of a specific item.
Are The Prices Listed in US Dollars?

Can I Order a Sample?
Samples are outside of our normal business process. If you would like to order a sample we will do our best to accommodate your request. A $2.99 service charge per item applies to all sample orders. We try to package each sample carefully, however, occasional damage may occur. Please note: We cannot send out replacements or issue credit for damaged samples. If your sample favor arrives damaged and you decide to place a larger order for that item, we will include a replacement at no additional charge.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
Yes, we are required to charge a sales tax of 8.62% for all orders placed within the state of New York. Any orders billed outside of New York are NOT charged sales tax.
How Much is Shipping and When Will I Receive My Order?
Due to the different weights of our products, shipping costs may vary. To estimate shipping charges, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and click "Estimate Shipping," then enter your postal/zip code and click "Get Quote." UPS will generate the shipping charges based on the weight and quantity of boxes for your order. Visit our Delivery Information Page for transit time to your State.
Do You Offer FREE SHIPPING?
At this time we do not offer free shipping. My Italian Wedding Favors guarantees the lowest prices for the total of your order including shipping. Beware of other websites that offer FREE SHIPPING.......Be sure to COMPARE YOUR TOTAL PRICE. Most sites offering free shipping mark up the prices of their items which covers their shipping expense. Isn't it better to receive the lowest total (bottom line) price regardless if you pay shipping or not? My Italian Wedding Favors does not try to trick their customers with a "catchy" sales pitch of free shipping.
How Do I Track My Shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the tracking number, this will allow you to check on the shipping progress and expected delivery date for your products.
Can I Cancel My Order:
Yes, You are able to cancel your order at any time, as long as it has not been shipped. Once your order is submitted you will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee due to transaction fees we incur from our credt card processor.
Can I Return My Items?
Yes, we accept returns with the exception of personalized items, handmade items, edible items, samples, sale or clearance items.
If you need to return merchandise for any reason, you must notified us within 5 days of receiving your order..
Please e-mail us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization number and a return shipping address.
All items must be in their original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it. You will receive a credit for the value of the items only- round trip shipping must be at your expense. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Sorry, but we cannot accept any returns on partial orders or if the item has been discontinued.
No Return Authorizations will be issued after 5 days
What Should I Do If My Favors Arrive Damaged?
We do our best to ensure that each order is packaged carefully for shipping however, some occasional damage may occur. If some items arrive damaged we will issue credit or ship out replacements, at our discretion. Be sure to place your order with adequate time to receive your replacements via UPS ground shipping. My Italian Wedding Favors is NOT responsible for any expedited shipping charges in order for you to receive the replacements on time.
With today's advanced technology most customers have a digital camera, I-pad, I-pod or smart phone. To save time and shipping expenses, we request that you submit photos as proof of damages via e-mail. Please e-mail photos along with your name and order # to email@example.com. Once the photos are received we will review the damages and either ship out replacements or issue credit. All damages or shortage claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your items. No Exceptions! Thank You for your cooperation.
SORRY, NO DAMAGE CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS.
Sorry, but we cannot replace damaged pieces on orders shipped outside of the United States. We can issue credit upon receipt of digital photos documenting the damage. On shipments to Canada, please make sure you order a sufficient quantity to cover all contingencies.
Many of the items we feature are handmade and/or hand-painted, My Italian Wedding Favors is not responsible for any variations in design, color, size, shape, weight or accessories (for example: stones, crystals, pearls, tags, etc.). Due to the fact that items are manufactured at different times the coloring of an item or packaging shown in the photo or detailed in the product description may also vary. As such, we are unable to guarantee exact coloring, design, shape or weight.. We will not be held responsible for any claim related to variations of coloring of an item, its packing etc... or any fees that may arise to remedy such claims. Coloring and packaging may change without notice.
How Long Will an Item Be on Sale or Clearance?
It's difficult to say because our sale and clearance items are continually changing, and updated daily and/or weekly. If you are ordering a sample of a sale or clearance item, please keep in mind, if you decide to place a larger order and the sale has ended, we cannot guarantee the same price and/or availability for that item. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Do You Accept Rush Orders?
Yes, we do! Planning a Party can be stressful, we are here to make sure that ordering your favors is "stree free"! We will do everything and anything we can to accommodate you. Items that need to be received before our normal processing and delivery time frame can be processed as a "Rush" order. In most instances we are able to ship within 24 to 48 hours, and we offer expedited shipping options to have your products delivered faster. If by chance you forgot to place an order with adequate lead time, we are happy to help. There is a $20 service fee for all rush orders, in addition to any expedited shipping charges. Please call to place any rush orders, 1-845-981-7330 M-F 9am-4pm.
*Please note: From time to time situations such as weather, natural disasters, UPS delays or other issues that are beyond our control may arise. We will do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible however, we cannot be responsible for last minute orders that do not arrive on time. Under no circumstance will My Italian Wedding Favors, UPS, FEDEX or USPS refund any shipping charges related to a "Rush Order" if the packages are delayed and it was beyond our control. Should you choose to place a rush order you assume all risk and liability of the round trip shipping charges if the items do not arrive in time.
