How Much Is Shipping?
We base the cost of shipping on the total cost of the order. We've included a chart for your convenience. Just calculate the cost of your order, look at the chart, and you will be able to determine the shipping cost. You must Contact Us first for any pick-up orders. Please Note: Orders with multiple items may incurr additional shipping charges if items are shipped from different warehouse locations. You will be notified by E-mail or telephone if this is the case. 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping prices on heavy items, multiple items or boxes and shipping to the West coast may be higher. If this is the case we will let you know right away before the order is shipped.

SHIPPING CHARGES for Canada
There is a $15 service charge for shipments to Canada to cover the cost of extra paperwork (Customs) involved in these shipments and is already included in prices below. 
Please note: We do not accept refused packages for international deliveries.

*Shipping Charges for Canada "DO NOT" include any additional UPS Brokerage Fees, Tariff, Duties and Taxes.

Beware of Websites Offering Free Shipping:
COMPARE YOUR TOTAL PRICE: Our favors are not marked up very much so the total on our site even with shipping is usually lower. Most sites often have to mark up products to cover their shipping expense. 
Don't you want the lowest total (bottom line) price regardless if you pay shipping or not? We do not offer free shipping and hide the expense by padding our item prices.

Shipping Address:
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered as a shipping destination will be received by the customer. If package is left at the door by UPS, it will be the customer's sole responsibility to ensure receipt.

Be sure to enter all pertinent information with regards to your shipping address such as Apt. #, Floor, or Suite #. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

In the event that the customer makes any changes to the shipping address after the package has been scanned into the UPS system, MyItalianWeddingFavors.com is not responsible for any delay or additional charges that may incur as a result of changes or missing information made by the customer. Your credit card will be charged accordingly. 

Placing An Order:
Simply, navigate to the item you are interested in purchasing, if there is an option for color or a box for personalization please enter the information and then click on the "Add to Cart" button. In your shopping cart you can change the quantity to any quantity you need. After you have finished your selection, you may continue shopping or checkout using the buttons found on your shopping cart page. Once you decide to check out, all transactions become secure and encrypted with SSL technology for protection of your personal and financial information.

Rush Orders:
We understand wedding planning is stressful enough, getting your favors shouldn't be! If by chance, you forgot to place an order with adequate lead time, we are happy to help. In most instances we are able to ship within 24 to 72 hours, and we offer UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select to get the products to you faster. There is a $20 dollar fee for all rush orders.
