Return Policy, Samples, Damages & Variations

Return Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized items, edible items, samples, sale or clearance items. If you need to return something please send an e-mail to info@myitalianweddingfavors.com or call us at 1-866-993-2867 for a Return Authorization and Ship to Address BEFORE you return it.   No Return Claims will be accepted after 5 days. 
If you need to return merchandise for any reason, we MUST be contacted within 5 days. We will accept authorized returns only within 5 business days.

The merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise only- round trip freight must be at your expense. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Sorry, but we cannot offer any return services on partial orders, if the item has been discontinued, or on any personalized items.

Samples
Samples are outside of our normal business process.  If you would like to order a sample we will do our best to accommodate your request.  A $2.99 service charge per item applies to all sample orders.  We try to package each sample carefully, occasional damage is inevitable.  Please note: We cannot send out replacements or issue credit for damaged samples. If your sample favor arrives damaged and you decide to place a larger order for that item, we will include a replacement at no additional charge.

Damages
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. You must provide us with photos to show damages.  Once the photos are reviewed, we will issue credit or send you replacements, at our discretion. Please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service.
We CANNOT be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your affair.
All damage or shortage claims MUST be made within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. 
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS.  

Variations
Since most items in our line are handmade, we cannot be responsible for variations in color, size, shape, weight etc. Our customers can be assured that we make every effort possible to control the quality of our products. Packaging coloring may also vary and exact coloring cannot be guaranteed since items may have been manufactured at different times. We will not be held responsible for any claim made regarding variations of coloring of the item or its packaging, or any fees that may arise to remedy any such claims.
